Welcome to Skyline Resort. The following rules for the RV section of the park have been established for the comfort, convenience, and security of all our guests.
To maintain security within the Park, all guests and visitors must check in at the office. No soliciting is allowed in the Park.
Emergency messages received by the office during normal office hours will be delivered as soon as possible. Non- emergency messages will be delivered within 24 hours.
Propane may be ordered through Arizona Propane (480-990-2245) Propane is delivered weekly to the park. Stickers are available in the office for displaying at your site when propane is needed.
For your safety, and the safety of other tenants in the Park, firearms, and fireworks are not permitted.
The Park has a 35 pound limit on all pets. Also, the following dog breeds or mix of breeds are not allowed in the Park: Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, Chows, and wolf hybrids. All pets must be approved by management, and a pet agreement signed prior to pulling into a parking space. Pets must be kept in the pet section and abide by the pet rules in the Park Rules & Regulations section.
All Rv’s must be owner occupied, as well as clean, well maintained, and have a 3” sewage hookup. RV’s 15 years or older must be approved by management prior to pulling into a space. Pickup campers must remain on the pickup. Tents are not allowed on any site. Spaces are 40’ X 60’ and offer 30 and 50 amp electrical service. Water, trash, and sewer are furnished. Generators are not allowed to run while electrical power is available. Cable TV is not offered at the present. There are telephone services available thru Q-West and Internet is dial-up only. You are expected to keep your site clean and free of trash, cigarette butts, and pet waste. Trash containers and service are provided, please bag all trash prior to disposing of it.
Clothes may be hung outside on an umbrella clothesline only, set at the rear of the lot.
All vehicles at the site must have a current registration and plates. No more than 4 persons per site and RV. Guests must be registered at the office. One of the tenants must be 55 and the proper paperwork on file at the office prior to pulling into site. If you entertain visitors at the Park, you are responsible for their conduct while on the Park premises, and are responsible for any damages incurred by them.
There are two recreation rooms at the Park for use by tenants and their guests only. Any activity held in the rooms must have approval from management prior to hosting activity. The Park does have an Activity Association which holds several activities during the winter season. Please check the activity board in the large hall for scheduled events. The small hall has a billiard table and players must be 18 years of age, or an adult must accompany younger children if they want to play.
Any landscaping on sites must be approved by management including any adding or removing of plants, shrubs, or cactus. Any site decorating must be of good taste, and subject Park approval, and properly maintained.
Any RV that is for sale, while in the Park, is allowed one “For Sale” sign no larger than 12” X 18” to be placed on the unit. A small card may also be placed on the bulletin board in the large hall.
There are shower facilities and bathrooms on the south side of the small hall available to tenants and guests while staying in the Park. There is a laundry room on the north side of the small hall, again for tenants use only. Please treat them like you would if they were in your home, and that will help keep them clean for the next tenant.
The additional set of “Park Rules & Regulations” you will be given apply to everyone staying in the Park. |
