All rates include water, sewer, and trash removal. Electricity is furnished by Salt River Project, (1-800-258-4777), and must be arranged with provider at least two weeks prior to arrival. Phone service is also available, but must be set up through Q-West, (1-800-244-1111). Pets are limited to 2 (1 dog and 1 cat) per space, and pet agreement must be filled out and approved prior to occupancy of space. |
